The Book
What is in "Crossing the Emerson Line"?

Poetry...Music lyrics...and it all leads up to a theory of space and time, or TOST. Based on what?
Here is the abstract:

Semiotic theory has taken the general approach that language is an arbitrary system. It may be possible that language is the representation of physical forces and laws. Language would then be an index, not an icon, and not arbitrary. This would allow for an approach that may arrive at a unified theory, uniting quantum mechanics and physics. Can an analysis of language lead to an equation that represents both physical and metaphoric forces, such as religion? This theory attempts to explain how this may be possible.

Have fun with it...It is available here or just search for Crossing the Emerson Line on Amazon .
